Led by Dr. Nita Chen, a movement disorders trained neurologist, our team looks forward to serving the community and providing high quality, personalized care to maintain and/or improve the quality of life for those affected by neurodegenerative conditions
We understand that neurodegenerative conditions occur in the context of complex, dynamic lives that take place outside of the clinic, and that treatments ranging from medicine and physical therapy to innovative neurotechnology can be used to address the needs of each patient.

We are currently accepting applications for enrollment into our practice. As a specialized concierge practice, space is unfortunately limited; however, we would love the opportunity to connect with you to begin the application process. It starts with a form and a telephone appointment.
